Privacy Policy — Steadia

Steadia collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers. It makes no network requests of any kind. Everything you log stays on your iPhone.

What is collected

No personal data is collected, transmitted, or shared. That is not a policy choice that could quietly change in a background update — the app contains no networking code at all, and no third-party SDKs.

What is stored, and where

• Your workouts, training history, programs, bodyweight entries and settings are stored only in the app's own storage on your device.
• This data is never uploaded. There is nowhere for it to go.
• It is included in your iPhone's normal encrypted backups (iCloud Backup or a local backup), the same as any other app's data. Those backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.
• Deleting the app deletes the data. There is no copy anywhere else, so export first if you want to keep it.

Export and import

The app can export your history to a file and import it back. Both are started by you, and the file goes wherever you choose to put it. If you move that file into a cloud service, that service's terms apply to it — the app is not involved.

Notifications

The rest-timer alert is a local notification, scheduled on your device by the app itself. There is no push server and no device token; no notification data leaves your iPhone. You can turn notifications off in Settings → Notifications → Steadia.

Live Activities

The rest timer can appear on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. It is started locally and never updated over the network — iOS draws the countdown itself from an end time. Nothing is transmitted.

Health data

Steadia does not connect to Apple Health. It neither reads from nor writes to HealthKit, and requests no health permissions.

Tracking

No tracking of any kind. The app does not use the Advertising Identifier, does not fingerprint your device, and does not share anything with data brokers or advertising networks. It does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because it has no reason to.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever collects data, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
